I hope you had a beautiful Easter 🐰🥕 — and whether you celebrated or not, I hope this season of renewal brings you back to something important: belief in yourself, and trust in your path… even when things feel uncertain, or chaotic around you.

I spent a couple of beautiful days with my family in the redwoods — doing 7 (!!) ziplines. The first couple were equal parts fear and hesitation… and then suddenly, it became pure exhilaration. It genuinely felt like flying.

I could look down and see the beautiful river run through the forest, and for a moment there I thought I was inside Jurassic Park (but without the dinosaurs he he 😂)!

And in many ways, this whole experience reminded me of what many PMs are experiencing with AI right now — uncomfortable at first, a little intimidating… but incredibly empowering once you get past that initial barrier.

PM Insight of the Week

If you’re going through AI PM interviews right now, especially at Senior PM & above levels, you may notice they are turning into a double edged sword :

If you don’t understand Gen AI or Agentic AI tools, and key technical concepts well enough, you won’t perform strongly in interviews.
If you over-project yourself as “a hands-on builder”, but lack PM judgment, communication, and leadership, that won’t be enough to get hired either.
