My 2024 growth milestones (after an insane amount of hard work 😅 on my part, and thanks to your support):

• Linkedin follower growth from ~1500 to 3748

2025 Planning: 

While I don’t have all the answers yet, I am actively working on my 2025 business strategy, vision & plan - asking questions such as - how can I/my company scale and grow, and yet continue to maintain a 100% NPS (net promoter score) or CSAT? How can I better support different types of clients? I’m writing, thinking, evaluating, planning. While this feels ambiguous and scary, it is also fun and exciting! 😃 And yes, I do have a business coach, a mentor and a marketing advisor I turn to when I get stuck.

Product Management Trends

• PM Leveling Stats from my Quiz:

  • 294 Product Managers took the quiz in 2024

  • Avg. time - 14 minutes, Avg. score 80/100!

  • 53% scored at Sr PM Level, 37.4% scored at GPM/Director level, 7.6% scored at PM level, 1.4% at APM level.

  • This coincides with my core audience and majority of my client base which is experienced PMs/Product Leaders between 3-15 years experience (although I’ve worked with < 3 years and > 15 years too)!

  • Some insider insights: It is 20 questions long, it has negative scoring, and weighted positive scoring, and you also get section-based scores so you can become aware of your PM superpowers and skill gaps! This is based on my own PDLC framework.

PM Career/Interview Tips of the Week

💥 Translating your skills & experience from Predictive to Generative AI: I’ve realized that many PMs and Product Leaders I talk to (myself included) have worked on several Predictive AI products, however they have not worked on Generative AI products yet. 🧐 

There is a lot of anxiousness about this. Each time I talk to a hiring manager interviewing for a PM with AI skills, they reaffirm my hunch that they look for similar skills in Gen. AI PMs as they did with Predictive AI PMs previously, with a few additional skills.
