Here are some key updates from this week that will impact you in one way or another:

🤖 AI is Changing How PMs Work - Just this week I talked to a startup founder who I might collaborate or strike up a partnership with - they are building an AI-agent that can do a lot of tiring PM tasks - from writing user stories, to Epics, to PRDs and more. They are currently focused on the execution stage, have B2B customers as early adopters, and plan to grow/expand their product to cover other stages of the Product Lifecycle - such as Discovery and Market Research.

PM Career/Interview Tip of the Week - Nail your pitch!

😣 Struggling to answer "Tell me about yourself" in interviews?

Your personal pitch is your most important tool to land jobs, build connections, and establish credibility.

👉 Here’s my proven pitch format that I teach my coaching clients, that has helped them present themselves with confidence, and land amazing job offers:

1. Who You Are: "I’m a [experienced PM/professional] with [X years of experience] in [product domains like AI, B2B SaaS, Growth, etc.]."
2. Your Impact/Reach/Scale: "I’ve worked on [products/features] from ideation to launch, impacting [customer reach, revenue size, tech complexity, local/global, etc.]."
3. Your Outcomes: "I have successfully driven [metrics like revenue growth, retention, NPS, etc.]."
4. Personal Touch: "I live in [city], and I’m passionate about [traveling, design, photography, AI, etc.]—and bonus points if you can tie this hobby to how it helps you in your product management role, or share what products you use for your hobby that you love etc."
5. Why You’re a Great Fit: "Given my experience with X and Y domains, in A & B companies, solving C & D problems, I know I can make a meaningful impact in this role."

While you might know this format, there is a lot more behind the scenes that goes into actually creating this powerful pitch.

Your career strategy, your job search strategy, your strengths, your domain knowledge, what is your unique combination of skills, experience and personality, and more!
