1. Be assertive - in both your resume & your interview. Make sure you practice “owning” your achievements! And don’t self-sabotage in an interview (yes, this happens a lot!)

2. Unlearning - A lot of interview prep is about “unlearning” what you are not doing well, and then “relearning” it in a better way that will lead to interview success. What interview mistake is blocking you, that you need to un-learn?
