I've missed writing this newsletter to you all these past few weeks. But... I have a key milestone to celebrate with you!
🎉 It's been exactly one year since I started my group coaching program (we started Cohort #1 in June 2024!). We're currently at Cohort 4, and will be gearing up for Cohort 5 soon (mid-August)!
While I'm so grateful to all my clients, and proud of this milestone, all those long hours and all-work-and-hardly-any-play has been catching up to me! So, I've been taking a few steps back - to pause, reflect, and reclaim time for myself, my health, and my family, and balancing life out a bit more.

AI-Powered Product Strategy & Roadmaps
Companies like Notion and Figma are using LLMs internally to simulate user flows, prioritize features, and stress-test GTM plans.
Why it matters: AI isn’t just for end-users—it’s transforming how product teams decide what to build.

PM Interview Tips - Product Success Metrics!
Do you know which are the top 5-6 themes of product success metrics interview questions that get asked? PM Hiring managers are more and more picky these days, and there is no room for error when it comes to interview prep. That said - I really want to help you succeed at these interviews, so here we go…
Here are 5 key types/themes of success metrics interview questions to prep for:
Defining goals and success metrics for a product
“You’re a PM for DoorDash (food delivery app), in charge of launching the ‘group ordering feature’ - how will you set goals and measure success?”Metrics Debugging, Analysis or Diagnosis
“You're a PM for Zoom. Daily meeting usage dropped 25% last week. How do you investigate and what data do you use?”
Metrics Tradeoff questions - one metric is down, and the other is up
“You launched an express delivery option for Instacart grocery delivery. Delivery speed is up by 20% but avg. order size is down by 10%.”
Deciding when/how to launch a new product or feature (based on metrics)!
“Should AirBnB launch the group booking feature locally or globally? Which metrics will help you decide? And what will be your counter metrics?”
Prioritization/Tradeoff in feature launch - feature A or feature B?
“You’re a PM at Notion - choose between launching a ‘Team Analytics Dashboard’ or ‘Slack Deep Integration 2.0’ for B2B users. Which one do you choose and why? Define success metrics and tradeoffs.”
